Impact Reporting at Hi-Impact

Responsible Business ESG Ltd partnered with Hi-Impact to shape and deliver their first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Impact Report!

As an organisation founded by educators and rooted in one of the UK’s most underserved regions, Hi-Impact brings a unique understanding of the connection between digital inclusion, education and social value.

Our role was to help them reflect that impact clearly, confidently and credibly.

We began by guiding a materiality assessment and policy gap analysis, helping to identify the most important ESG issues for Hi-Impact’s stakeholders. Together, we built a strategy aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a sharp focus on education, climate action and inclusive growth.

The resulting report showcases tangible action: from carbon reduction through relocation to a more efficient office space, to engaging over 500,000 pupils across 25 countries through the STEM Live programme. The BRILLIANT Festival was launched to connect educators with technology and industry, supporting the shift from early years to future careers.

The company’s ESG framework now includes clear objectives through to 2030, spanning carbon reduction, supply chain standards, circular procurement, social mobility and board-level governance.
